Delete your PayerPing account
Request deletion of your sign-in account and business data here. This is permanent once processed. We stop reminders when your request is contained, arrange any subscription cancellation, then remove your account, payer and invoice content, saved instructions, templates and email content. You do not need to purchase anything or contact support to submit a request.
We acknowledge requests within one business day and aim to complete them within 28 calendar days. If an unresolved delivery, billing issue or legal requirement delays a step, we explain what remains and when it will be reviewed. A request or business closure alone does not mean deletion is complete.
Limited records may remain where necessary: our subscription accounting and contract records (normally six years), minimal delivery/security evidence (normally up to 12 months), and suppression records to prevent unwanted contact. We review the need for each retained category. Provider copies and backups follow their confirmed disposal periods; retained copies are not returned to normal service.
Sign in to verify ownership and submit your request securely. If your sign-in account was already deleted, its verified deletion creates a business-data deletion request for the former owner. Use the support page if you cannot regain access; we will verify ownership before acting.
