Choose the existing PayerPing invoices that belong to each company. Search and link them explicitly, then see their amounts, due dates and recorded statuses in a compact table. Open an invoice for reminder history and the next action.

Each invoice links to one company in the connected account. Removing its link keeps the underlying invoice and its reminders intact.

Review the recipient, sender, subject, complete message text and schedule inside HubSpot. Approve the exact preview when it is right. PayerPing checks your current invoice, mailbox, subscription and sending conditions before scheduling.

Connecting the app does not send messages. A changed invoice or reminder plan requires a fresh preview and approval.

Pause follow-up while you speak to a customer. Record an invoice as paid when you have confirmed payment, or disputed when it needs resolving. Messages already being handed to a provider may still complete; their history remains visible.

Verify your PayerPing owner account once to enable these controls for your HubSpot user. Payments and replies go directly to your business. The integration does not read your inbox, process payments or change HubSpot CRM records.

You need a PayerPing workspace and a HubSpot account with permission to install apps and add an app card to company records. PayerPing requests account identification and read-only company access.
